ARAS Cohort Designing and developing the data registry of psychosis was started in July 2018 and since then several steps have been fulfilled. This project is part of a collaboration with the Azeri Recent onset/Acute phase Schizophrenia-spectrum Cohort (ARAS Cohort) in Tabriz University of Medical Sciences. Since January 2019, active registration of patients with a recent episode of psychosis is going on. ARAS registry includes demographic data collection, clinical tests and medication sections, and standard questionnaires. It also has an online dashboard for data entry with a good validation algorithm in recording data. The database has the ability to report collected data in Excell or PDF formats.
